XC7A35T-2FGG484C
Artix-7 FPGA with 33,280 logic cells, 1,800 Kb block RAM and 90 DSP slices in a 484-ball package.
The XC7A35T-2FGG484C is an AMD Artix-7 FPGA with 33,280 logic cells, 1,800 Kb of block RAM and 90 DSP48 slices in a 484-ball FineLine BGA package. Artix-7 was designed by Xilinx, now part of AMD, for low cost, low power and small form factor, which makes it a practical way to add programmable logic, interfacing or modest DSP to a system without the cost and power of a larger FPGA. The 33K-cell fabric is large enough for protocol bridging, sensor fusion, motor-control logic, video timing and simple image pipelines, while the DSP slices accelerate multipliers and filters. Artix-7 supports high-speed serial transceivers on the higher-density members of the family and offers up to 1,066 Mb/s DDR3 memory support. The FGG484 package balances I/O count and board area, and the device configures from external SPI or parallel flash for a fast, repeatable boot. A low-power -2 speed grade with industrial temperature range suits embedded and industrial products. Every device is factory-traceable and ships with an import declaration, a certificate of origin and RoHS documentation. Designers should plan the configuration scheme, the I/O standards and the power rails before layout. BeiLuo holds this part in regional stock and our FAE team supports selection, configuration and I/O timing.
FAE Professional Review
This Artix-7 is our default recommendation when a customer needs real programmable logic at a modest cost and power budget. The 33K-cell fabric covers the vast majority of bridging, control and light DSP jobs we see, and because Artix-7 is so widely used, IP blocks and reference designs are easy to find. Plan the flash configuration and the I/O banks early; those are the decisions that are hardest to change later.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can this Artix-7 run an embedded soft processor?
Yes. A MicroBlaze soft processor fits comfortably in the 33K-cell fabric and lets you add a small control program without an external CPU.
If you need more headroom or hard Arm cores, step up to a Zynq-7000 device instead.
Is the device available in industrial temperature?
Yes. Industrial-grade Artix-7 devices are available, and this listing is quoted with an industrial temperature range so it suits industrial and outdoor products.
Confirm the exact speed and temperature grade you need when you request a quote.
